Q: How do i check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 24 hours to have your order processed. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number. If you're curious as to where your shipment is at any time, you can visit our website and check out our Order Tracking page for real-time updates on your shipment. If you haven't received your tracking number or don't see an update on the order status page after 2 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter further!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Pakasept sources its products from the USA, Europe, and Asia. For domestic orders in the United States, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 7 to 14 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 14 days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We provide worldwide shipping!

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Definitely! You'll notice the use of SSL security on our site to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. Your Credit Card information is used upon purchase and is forgotten immediately afterward.

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Once you find a product you're interested in, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

Q: What is your Refund Policy?
A: If you aren’t 100% satisfied, contact us and we’ll happily help you arrange an exchange or return with no restocking fee. Contact us to get a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date and may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. (If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card.)Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return.
Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
